What we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We ask you to follow "data minimisation": for a first contact, an overview of the problem is enough — please do not send ID documents or other sensitive materials.
The self-check tool. Your answers in the compliance self-check are computed locally in your browser and are never uploaded, stored or sent to us.
Access and performance data. This site is delivered through Cloudflare and hosted on Vercel. They may record standard server access logs (such as IP address and access time) for security and operations. Cloudflare Web Analytics also collects aggregate performance metrics such as page path and load timing; its performance beacon does not use cookies or read browser storage.

How we use it

Your contact information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and provide services you request. It is not sold or rented to third parties. If we need to refer your matter to a cooperating attorney, we will obtain your consent first.

Storage and cross-border transfer

This is a static website delivered and hosted through Cloudflare and Vercel. Performance data may be processed across Cloudflare's global network. Email communications are transmitted via your and our respective mail providers. If you have concerns about cross-border data transfer, please tell us before contacting and we can arrange an alternative channel.
